The EVA 2.0 is a label-free biosensor designed for precise kinetic measurements in a single point. It utilizes a laser source and angle interrogation to detect minute changes in refractive index.

Key Features:

  • Independent Registration: Simultaneously measures liquid Refractive Index (RI) and Adlayer Thickness using dual-polarization (s-pol and p-pol).
  • High Sensitivity: Uses Photonic Crystal Surface Waves (PC SM) for enhanced field confinement.
  • Separate Channels: Distinguishes between surface binding events and bulk liquid changes.

2D Visualization & Multiplexing

The EVA 3.0 is an imaging biosensor that allows for 2D visualization of binding processes on array chips. It uses an LED source and wavelength interrogation via a color CMOS camera.

  • RGB Balancing: Unique algorithm to determine spectral shifts using a standard color camera.
